Let me introduce myself.
My name is Reyna Ricardo Hernández, I am currently 17 years old, and my main interest is studying Marketing at UABC Rosarito Campus. I chose this field because it is focused on promoting products and services and building meaningful connections with consumers. It captured my attention deeply once I understood its importance and the wide range of areas in which it can be applied.
I chose this university because I recognize it as an excellent institution where I will gain the knowledge I need for my professional future. The campus is also relatively close to home, which would make my commute and adjustment to student life much easier.
As for my interests and hobbies, I am very passionate about photography and writing. I love capturing moments and spending time editing images — it is an activity that relaxes me and brings me a sense of peace and well-being.
I am aware that I will face certain obstacles. The main one is financial, as I do not have sufficient resources to cover higher education costs, whether at a public or private institution. Another challenge is personal safety — commuting alone causes me some anxiety and concern for my physical well-being.
In spite of that, I have a great source of motivation: my mom and my sister. They have been my inspiration, supporting me unconditionally in my studies and filling me with love and strength to keep going.
My goals are clear. In the short term, to finish high school and pass my university entrance exam. In the long term, to enroll at UABC, build a professional foundation in Marketing, make new friends, and learn everything I can. Once I graduate, I hope to find work in my field and grow successfully in my career.
This is why I would very much like to be considered for a scholarship. It would be a great help in continuing my academic journey — and the best way to show my family that, with their support and my own effort, I truly can achieve my dreams.
